Job Description

Corporate Travel Consultant

Status: Permanent Full-time

Work Schedule: Flexible work hours and shifts apply

  • Complete Corporate Travel Reservations, air, car, hotel via the Sabre Reservations System including processing own Voids, Refunds, and Exchanges.
  • Respond in a timely manner to emails, voicemails and customer requests
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines and standards in the areas of customer service
  • Building and updating PNRs, Primary & Traveller STARS
  • Must be responsible for own management of bookings & meeting ticketing deadlines
    including consultation as it relates to Visa & Passport requirements
  • Must be prepared by start of your shift to take on calls and emailed travel requests
  • Assist peers and work together as a team
  • Stay fully informed and stay abreast of all airline rules and regulations and other industry requirements and accurately apply this information when making travel arrangements
  • Ability to produce 200+ transactions per month
  • Documentation of PNR record policies must be met, i.e. reporting condition requirements, remarks, rules and regulations as applicable per reservation and client account
  • Assists with follow-up on company comments or other client-input either in writing or by dealing directly with client to resolve any service problems
  • Keep Manager promptly and fully informed of all matters of significance
  • Performs other duties and assist in all areas as assigned
  • Operate within company standards in the areas of customer service, productivity, quality standards and operating procedures
  • Proper utilization of CRS System to help improve company commitment to the client
  • Ensure that customers travel policies are followed and documented
  • Utilize preferred vendors to reduce clients cost and maximize on revenue opportunities
  • The ability to solve problems independently
  • Suggest improvements to benefit the client and the company
Desired Skills & Experience


  • 5 years Proven Corporate Experience
  • Sabre GDS knowledge and Experience
  • Must be TICO Certified
  • Excellent Oral & Written Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service track record
  • Ability to Multi-task, – Follow-up & keep Organized
  • International Fare structures and Pricing knowledge
  • Strong telephone techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Analytical, Resourceful, Flexible, a team player


  • Bilingual – Fluent in French
  • Turbo Sabre Experience
  • MS office – specifically Excel experience and database knowledge
