Mexicana Airlines Suspends Ticket Sales

MEXICANA AIRLINES WILL HONOR EXISTING TICKETS
Mexicana Airlines, which entered bankruptcy protection this week, has stopped selling tickets, although the airline will continue operating flights and honor existing tickets. The airline is seeking talks with its unions as it looks to cut costs.
Mexicana’s network includes routes from Mexico City to points in Canada. The parent company of Mexicana says its low-cost carriers Click and Link will continue to sell tickets.
