Potential Strike at BA

POTENTIAL STRIKE AT BRITISH AIRWAYS
Travel Resources received news today of an upcoming British Airways strike due to begin on December 22nd and run through January 2nd. We will be contacting our clients who may be affected by this action to provide them with assistance in securing alternate flight arrangements.
British Airways faces “massive disruption” over the busy festive travel period after cabin crew voted to take strike action. Cabin crew voted by nine to one in favor of the strike action with more than an 80% turnout Disruption is due to begin on December 22 and run until January 2.
British Airways has stated that customers who are booked to travel between December 22, 2009 and January 2, 2010 and for 48 hours on either side of those dates who would like to take their flight at a different time can change to another BA flight departing in the next twelve months at no charge.
