TSA SECURE FLIGHT INFORMATION – URGENT!
Travel Resources is required to include the data required by the Homeland Security Commission for all ticketed travel to the USA (can also be applicable for travel to International destinations).
Since last fall’s implementation of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Secure Flight Program, Travel Resources has been requesting that travelers provide us with the required data, via telephone, email or update their profiles online.
Under Secure Flight, the TSA prescreens passenger name, date of birth, gender, and redress number (if applicable) against government watch lists for domestic and international flights. TSA is insisting on 100% compliance by November 1st, and some airlines are already making the data collection mandatory. If the data is not submitted to a carrier at time of ticketing there can be a financial penalty imposed and/or ticketing denied…
